The Orchidea peel is a top-of-the-range professional model, very strong and durable, perfect for putting pizzas into the oven.

The peel is made of high-quality anodised aluminium alloy and has a milled tip, back insert for added strength, and solid rivet fastening.
This product is available in 3 versions: classic peel, with aluminium or stainless steel tube variant, maxi peel with reinforced handle for large pizzas.
