            Peel for baking pizza at home

The Parigi peel is light and handy, ideal for domestic use, and can also be easily used in snack bars and delicatessens that do not make pizza as their main product.

Entirely made of aluminium alloy, it features a thinned tip and a micro-punched finish, which allows greater sliding between the blade plate and the pizza.
